STAGE 1

Preliminary Agreement

Your new home build with Peter Betros Homes begins with a planning session. You’ll meet with our experienced draftsperson to design a home that suits your lifestyle and block. We encourage you to bring a list of what you like—and don’t like—so we can develop a layout that reflects your needs. Once the concept is confirmed, we secure your price and start date, then prepare and lodge your new home or extension application.

STAGE 2

Fixed Price Proposal

We’ll present your Fixed Price Proposal, giving you a clear cost breakdown based on your approved design.

STAGE 3

Contract & Interior Design

Next, we meet to sign the contract. Teena from our team will take you to our local suppliers to help you choose colours, finishes and features that match your vision.

From Construction to Completion

STAGE 4

Building Application Lodgement

Peter Betros Homes submits your building application to the local council and covenant for approval. This stage typically takes between one to six weeks.

Final Site Preparation

Once approved, we finalise your drawings and prepare the site for construction.

Construction

Your home renovation begins to take shape. We coordinate with your flooring and lighting suppliers and invite you onsite to discuss layouts for electrical, joinery and cabinetry. Peter is always available for on-site walkthroughs and questions.

Practical Completion

At handover, Peter meets you onsite to walk through the finished home and go over any maintenance details. You’ll receive the keys to your new home build and begin enjoying your completed space.
